Annual Summer Picnic August 17, 2014

Dear Parishioners, Friends & Family,

On behalf of the Filipino Apostolate, I am extending an invitation to join us for fun and games at our Annual Summer Picnic.  It will take place on the 3rd Sunday of August, 8/17, 8AM – 8PM, rain or shine.  This year, we decided to move our venue to the Adams Field, #1 Marymount Parkway, Quincy, MA 02170.

We reserved the field for our exclusive use.  We planned a full day of fun and games for all ages, (tug of war, softball, mini basketball, volleyball, badminton, bocce, marathon relay, sack race, and more).  Advance notice of participation in these games is greatly encouraged.  If interested, sign up either as an individual or a team.  For more information, please contact any of the following members of the Summer steering committee:  Jessie Borneo (617-328-9046), Jeff Pagulong (781-738-4024), Alex Miranda (781-228-9944), July Afable (617-327-1592), or Teng Chiefe (781-963-1740).  The schedule of the day's activities:

Since this event involves friendly competition, we will require a completed and signed waiver form (Available HERE) for all persons attending the annual picnic.  The completed and signed waiver form will be collected at the park by assigned individuals.

We look forward to your presence on this fun-filled day.  Please save-the-date.  Come and join us, get reacquainted with your friends and families, make new ones, and make this a wonderful day of sharing and giving!  See you there!  May God bless and protect you.
